Maybe you are a detail person, and you started the ball rolling with the plans for your wedding day, but life has gotten busy, and you need help finishing what you started. With our Partial Planning Package, we can gladly step in, and seamlessly pick up right where you left off, dancing you happily off to your honeymoon destination with memories to last a lifetime!

Need us to negotiate that contract or deal with all the crazy little details? Navigating the details of a contract is second nature to us. We will always have your best interests in mind, which will allow us to make the best decisions for you, so you can enjoy your special day confident every detail has been addressed and handled.

THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • 1 to 3 in-person meetings to finalize details (typically starting 6 months prior to the wedding)
  • Assistance with up to 3 needed vendors from our curated list (assuming venue and most vendors have already been selected)
  • Vendor Tipping Guide
  • Vendor Communication Liaison
  • Unlimited communication via phone, text, FaceTime, email, etc.
  • Budget recommendation guide
  • Detailed timeline creation & distribution to all vendors
  • Floor layouts or Room diagrams (3D layout can also be added for extra cost of $50)
  • Assistance with a Hotel Block
  • Review for accuracy of all rental counts/contracts
  • Access to our online planning software after the contract is signed
  • Ceremony rehearsal
  • Collection of special items from rehearsal for set up on the Wedding Day
  • Setup and teardown of personal items
  • Coverage of Full Wedding Day (no cap on hours)
  • Oversee the wedding from set up to tear down and the scheduling of vendor arrival and departure
  • Drying of bouquets and pinning of boutonnieres for wedding party
  • Secure placement of personal items + gifts (assistance loading at the end as well)
  • Coordination hotel bag and getaway car
  • Useful ultimate honeymoon packing list

Please Note:

  • If ceremony and reception locations are different, logistically, a second planner may be required for an additional $350
  • If guest list is over 300, a second planner will be required for an additional $350
  • We are not the cleanup crew; however, we do “oversee” cleanup operations
